Do you ship to another country or overseas?
We currently do not offer international purchases or shipping. We ship to the continental United States currently but hope to be expanding our shipping policies soon.
--back to top-- What is my pet's size?All of our collars, harnesses and pet apparel are sized in inches. Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to determine your pet's size based on its breed or weight, as all pets come in many different shapes and sizes. Please understand that Sniff N Fetch offers merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. We suggest you measure your pet carefully and purchase items based on your pet's measurements rather than their size. Please refer to the measurement in inches listed next to each size to ensure you choose the correct size for your pet. If you have any sizing questions, please email us at sales@sniffnfetch.com. Please understand that we can only offer guidance. Since it is impossible for us to determine your pet's size without actually seeing your pet, we cannot guarantee our sizing recommendations.

Where do I send my item for exchange or return?
Please ship unused item in original packaging and packing receipt to the following address:

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you to send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Order Cancellations + Changes
Because your order goes directly to the Shipping Department, we are not able to make changes or cancel your order. Please make sure that you review your cart and make sure everything is correct before placing your order. Any further questions can be addressed to sales@sniffnfetch.com . How long will it take for someone to email me back?
Emails should responded to in less than 24 hours but we are unfortunately unable to make that guarantee. We appreciate your patience and promise we will get back to you as soon as we can.
